Denied all charges! A 75-year-old agent was accused of raping a woman 39 times, and all 26 companies denied it

Two months ago, The Times, the BBC, the Guardian and other British media reported that the 75-year-old famous agent Barnett was accused of raping a woman at least 39 times and forcing her to be a slave. But Barnett and his company denied the allegations, according to the Telegraph.

Barnett was named the most influential agent in football, and in 2013 he led Bale to join Real Madrid from Tottenham for a record 85 million pounds and serve as agents for England players such as Ashley Cole and Gallish.

In recent weeks, Barnett's friends have described the allegations as "absurd novels" or denounced them as "malicious blackmail fishing." Barnett, 75, said, "I hope to completely clear the suspicion and prove that he is innocent." The Telegraph said that all charges have not been cross-examined at the moment, but the future of the well-known brokerage firm he co-founded and its parent company is also at risk. Co-defendant Stellar Brokerage and its parent company, Creative Artist Brokerage (CAA), both denied any business relationship with the woman who filed the lawsuit.

But according to court documents, the woman who filed the lawsuit (hereinafter referred to as Jane Doy) is suing 75-year-old Barnett and her former employer CAA, who claimed she was "trafficked" from Australia to the UK in 2017 and suffered torture and treated as a "slave" until 2023. Both companies are closely related to this matter.

The lawsuit filed 12 claims of economic compensation, two of which were against Barnett, nine against CAA and Stellar, and one against all defendants.

In February 2021, Barnett called Doe a "slave" through his work email at Stellar (Barnett's former company).

Barnett first met Jane Doe through a professional athlete in the 1990s and reconnected with her online in 2017, according to court documents. The complaint alleges that within a few weeks she was relocated to the UK with her teenage child at the expense of Stellar (the former company of Barnett). She claimed she was "occupied" by him and was raped in a hotel room. She said he insisted that she called him "my master" and ordered her to "never say it hurts." The complaint also accused Barnett of sometimes leaving Doe “bound all night without food or water” or “kneeling on rice grains.” And Jane Doy has currently undergone three rounds of chemotherapy.
