Bayern Munich was named the Bundesliga social media champion by the International Football Academy (IFI).
IFI evaluated the social media performance of 18 Bundesliga clubs this season on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok, focusing on interaction volume and growth rate, and also analyzed the number of followers, posting frequency and video dissemination effects.
After weighted summary of data from each platform, the club's social media index is calculated through formulas. Bayern topped the list with 3.11 points, with Dortmund (2.89 points) and Heidenheim (2.74 points) ranked second and third.
