Mirror: Leverkusen may pursue Gallish as a replacement after selling Wilz

The Daily Mirror reported that after Leverkusen sold Wilz, he may chase Manchester City star Gallish.

As Werz approaches joining Liverpool with a record transfer fee, Leverkusen may turn his goal to Gallish, using him as a replacement for Werz.

Although Leverkusen rejected multiple Liverpool offers, the latest offer from the Reds is closer to Leverkusen's £126 million asking price. Leverkusen has previously sold Flynnon to Anfield. If Wilz leaves the team, the new coach Tenhach will receive huge funds for lineup reconstruction. Gallish is seen as being able to fill the creativity gap left by Wilz.

29-year-old Gralish's order of appearance at Manchester City has declined sharply, and the outside world believes that he is likely to transfer and leave this summer. Leverkusen believes that Gallish has shown strong influence in the past and the England international may return to his peak form.

Manchester City is ready to accept huge losses on the team's history betting, but still hopes to sell him to recover about £40 million in transfer fees. The lease plan for Gallish has also been mentioned, but his salary of £300,000 per week may become a barrier for potential buyers.
