TA: Zubimendi has arrived in London and completed the transfer to Arsenal
According to The Athletic, Real Sociedad midfielder Zubimendi has arrived in London to complete the transfer to Arsenal.
TA's report pointed out that Zubimendi is meeting Arsenal officials in London and completing his transfer from Real Sociedad to Arsenal. Arsenal has been working hard for a long time to sign Zubimendi, and his contract with Real Sociedad includes a 60 million euro (£51.7 million) termination clause.
According to TA's report earlier this month, Real Madrid coach Alonso admired Zubimendi but decided not to sign him this summer. The media then reported on June 10 that although Real Madrid intends to introduce Zubimendi, Arsenal believes that the deal has been completed.
