Trail Blazers officially announced that the team officially sent Anthony Simmons to exchange for Holiday from the Celtics.
Team reporter Casey Holdahl added that the deal is one for one, not involving two second rounds previously reported by reporters;
According to subsequent reports from jersey reporter Etienne Catalan, Holiday will wear the No. 5 jersey in the Trail Blazers.
