According to daily reports, dozens of workers protested in front of the Nou Camp, opposing the dismissal and possible expulsion of about 50 employees who were involved in administrative irregularities during stadium construction.

The union CCOO organized the rally and said that Ekstreme Works and Limak "intend to send these workers back to their countries without any guarantees."

"They work 12 hours a day, seven days a week, and some people have been working like this for more than a year." Carlos Del Barrio, the CCOO union's director of operations in Catalonia, said.

He emphasized that these workers had "no legal status" and pointed out that the purpose of their dismissal was to allow them to "return to their countries of origin."

Delbari added: "Once they set foot on Turkish soil, their ability to defend their rights will be greatly weakened."

The union demands social insurance for these workers, regulates their wages, and calls on the government delegation to "activate special provisions in foreign immigration regulations to assist the work of the labor department."

Regarding communication with the Barcelona club, a union spokesperson said that the club "turned a deaf ear" to the situation, and the CCOO has submitted the matter to the Labor Inspection Bureau.

He said: "We understand that clubs are facing a lot of pressure and need to open the stadium as soon as possible, but not at the expense of all the rights of workers."
