Official: Juventus held a shareholders’ meeting to approve last year’s financial report and appoint new senior executives

This Friday, local time, Juventus Club held a shareholder meeting and approved the appointment of new top management.

The 2025 Juventus Shareholders Meeting was held in Turin this Friday, chaired by Ferrero, and discussed and adopted the following agenda:

• Approved the club's financial report on June 30, 2025;

• Approved the appointment of the list of board members for the three-year term 2025-2028, of which Ferrero continues to serve as chairman of the board;

• Adopt the report on salary policy and remuneration paid;

• Approved the authorization to purchase and dispose of own shares, and supplemented the tasks of the entrusted audit company;

• Approved the proposal to authorize the Board of Directors to increase capital on a paid basis within 10% of the original share capital in accordance with Article 2441, paragraph 4, item 2, of the Italian Civil Code;

• Approved the amendment to the club's charter to introduce an ESG director.
