White talks about defense Durant: You can t stop him from shooting if you jump desperately

Recently, Celtic player White talked about Durant during the Paris Olympics in the "White Noise" podcast, and he bluntly said that Durant is really a cold-blooded killer.

White said that when 35-year-old Durant got into the form, the defender was almost helpless, saying: "Imagine you run with all your might, jump as high as possible, reaching out to reach the ball, but not affecting him at all. This is how Durant shoots every time he shoots."

Durant missed all pre-Olympic warm-up matches due to a calf injury and made his debut against Serbia. Despite his absence for a while, he played an immediate role after coming off the bench.

White recalled Durant hit a backward jump shot before the half-time, and after the game White said to him: "You are one of the coldest players in history."

White described Durant as a basketball saint and pointed out that despite his absence for a while, he quickly got back in form. “He can play at any time,” White said, “When he is in that state, the defender can do nothing.”

White also mentioned that Durant’s mentality is very simple and full of love for basketball. "He asked me why I didn't go to practice, and I said they asked me to take my time. He said 'You're a basketball player - go play now.'"
